Auto-rig is 20 tokens. Motion is 10 tokens plus 2 per second (a 3s clip is 16; a 12s clip is 34). A studio chat response is 5 tokens. Longer clips cost more tokens and still count as one motion generation.

Lite includes 500 tokens per billing cycle; Starter includes 3,000; Premium includes 10,000. They refresh each cycle. Unused subscription tokens do not roll over and are not refundable. They pay for rigs, motion, and studio chat.

Tokens are the wallet. Monthly caps protect GPU capacity for subscription-token jobs: Lite 30 motions and 30 auto-rigs per rolling month; Starter 100 each; Premium 300 each; Free 20 each. Hourly burst limits are 10 (Lite), 20 (Starter), 40 (Premium), and 5 (Free) and still apply when you spend permanent tokens. In Account or Studio settings, switch to permanent tokens to pay from signup bonus or packs — those jobs skip the monthly cap and do not count toward it.

You can use Studio without a paid plan: 50 signup tokens (permanent, one-time), View and Edit (navigation, rigging, and export), plus pose mode, keyframes, and the sequencer. GPU jobs from signup tokens skip the monthly generation cap; hourly burst limits still apply (5/hour on Free). Saved chats are on Lite and above; animation packs are on Starter and above. One-time purchases that never expire. Use them if you run out of subscription tokens, or switch Spend permanent tokens in settings so GPU jobs come from packs. Pack-paid jobs skip the monthly motion and auto-rig cap (hourly burst still applies).

Yes. An animation pack creates several motion clips. Each clip uses motion tokens. Subscription-paid clips count as one motion generation toward your monthly cap; pack-paid clips (Spend permanent tokens on) do not.

Annual billing is available on Starter and Premium and saves 20% compared with 12 monthly payments. You pay once a year and receive subscription tokens monthly: 3,000 on Starter or 10,000 on Premium. Unused subscription tokens expire at the end of each monthly token cycle and do not roll over. For jobs paid with subscription tokens, separate motion and auto-rig caps apply over a rolling 30-day window: 100 of each on Starter or 300 of each on Premium. Jobs paid with permanent tokens bypass these caps; hourly limits still apply. Lite is billed monthly only.

Yes, cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the period ends, then you lose paid-plan features and the next token grant. We do not refund unused subscription or pack tokens for change of mind or partial use. Read the refund policy.
